This raincoat is new, it just doesn't have the tags attached. It was given to me as a gift and it is too big. It is a really nice raincoat/trench coat. It's light-weight and perfect for spring. It measures: 38" from shoulder to hem, 24" across the chest (underarm to underarm), 25" from shoulder to cuff and 8" across the upper arm/bicep.
